Breakfast Friday

Each week a different member of staff takes turns to make a breakfast on Friday, although we try to be somewhat healthy that doesn't always work out.

Ian's creation may be one of the most impressive yet. This bad boy was over 2000kcal per slice.



  • Puff Pastry lining to baking tin, blind bake partially.
  • Line blind baked base with part cooked sausage, bacon, black pudding, beans, mushrooms and red leicester cheese.
  • Lay another layer of puff pastries to topping, and bake. As approaching golden brown, crack eggs onto each allocated slice and turn on grill to finish! Make sure you don't have a busy day planned afterwards, as it really won't happen.
