KOL is a high-end Mexican restaurant cooking with ingredients sourced from all over the UK. The space consists of a huge 56-seater dining room with an open kitchen, a basement which serves artisan mezcals and rare agave spirits/cocktails and a chef's table which seats twenty and will have a view through to their second big kitchen downstairs.
