KERB Berlin

It’s six months since KERB Berlin opened its doors, so we’re taking a moment to spotlight the project - accompanied by the excellent photography captured by Sascha Gerritzen at Movingshades.

As the project management and quantity surveying team, we guided the scheme from early planning through procurement, cost management, and coordination, helping ensure KERB’s first international food market - set within the former Sony Centre - was delivered efficiently and with clarity at every stage.

Delivering a project within a prominent and tightly constrained urban site required careful sequencing, close communication with stakeholders, and a clear approach to programme and cost control. Seeing the completed space now fully embedded within the wider redevelopment has been a rewarding milestone. Thanks to everyone involved in bringing this project to life.
